The experiences that we gather over the years can be a source of knowledge, support and guidance for many who are just starting out on their career paths. Sharing personal experiences and knowledge from your career is exceptionally important for our students and recent graduates, as they are just preparing to enter the ‘real world’.

    The University of Ljubljana strives for continuous development, for which the most important source of information is you, our former students.

    If you are willing to share your experiences with your studies at the UL, about the knowledge you gained here and how you used it in your career, . This will help us evaluate our study programmes and provide data for the development of the university in the future.

    If you are willing to help by cooperating on our students’ theses and research papers or sharing your own professional experiences, we invite you to become a mentor!

    You can register for the UL alumni mentoring system on the Alumni UL website, where you can choose how you would like to help the forthcoming generations as a mentor.

Janja Božič Marolt

Božič Marolt Janja

Works in the field of market research and public opinion polling, brand management, media and marketing. She gained her diploma as a sociology graduate from the UL Faculty of Social Sciences. She lives and works in Slovenia. 
Daša Pahor

Pahor Daša

Owns the antiquarian bookshop Antiquariat Daša Pahor. She has a doctorate in art history from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana. She lives and works in Munich, Germany. 
Nina Troha

Troha Nina

A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Ljubljana. She works in the area of investing in internet loans, which provides consumers, students and companies with easier and cheaper access to credit. She is employed in Silicon Valley in the USA.

Škrabec Janez

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, successful businessman, philanthropist, and honorary consul of Morocco and Belarus in Slovenia.

Windschnurer Petra

Graduate of the Department of Textile and Clothing Design at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering (NTF) in Ljubljana, stylist, and writer and editor on topics relating to beauty, fashion and lifestyle. 
Simona Gerenčer Pegan

Gerenčer Pegan Simona

Teaching assistant Dr Simona Gerenčer Pegan is active in the deaf-blind field, and advocates for the equality of the deaf-blind in the community. She is co-founder and secretary of the Association of Deaf-Blind of Slovenia, DLAN, and a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Social Work in Ljubljana.

Cvitkovič Jan

International award-winning film and television director and screen writer, an archaeology graduate of the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. He lives and works in Slovenia. 
Petra Greiner

Greiner Petra

A graduate of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Ljubljana and founder of Zavod 13, which promotes the acceptance of difference and children with special needs. She lives and works in Slovenia.
Samo Login

Login Samo

A graduate of the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana, with a master’s degree from Maribor University. Together with his wife Iza in 2009 he founded the company Outfit7, which they launched successfully with their own initial capital. 
Jure Ahtik

Ahtik Jure

A graduate of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering in Ljubljana. His work involves computer graphics, visual art and communication engineering. He lives and works in Slovenia.
