Description of the sport recreational programme

You can choose from wide variety of different kinds of aerobics/group exercises as a form of general body and especially physical preparation:

STEP AEROBICS – we use a special step, to climb on it and then descend. This basic athletic training or related varied choreography effectively strengthens leg muscles and buttocks.

TNZ (Abs, Bums, Thighs) an effective fitness workout that also strengthens all muscle groups, additionally giving emphasis to the "critical" female parts: belly, legs, buttocks. As we practice in a group under the instructor's pace with pleasant music, time passes quickly.

ZUMBA a "boom" in the aerobic exercise the last seasons. The cantabile latino music will lull you into steps of salsa, samba, rumba, merengue, cha cha cha, Mambo…, so let the rhythm flow.


Sports clothes and clean sports shoes, towel, bottle of water.

Duration of the sport recreational programme

35 hrs


The sport recreational programmes are financed by the University of Ljubljana. For students of the University of Ljubljana the sports recreational programmes are free of charge. Participation in the sport recreational programmes is at the student’s own risk.
