Description of the sport recreational programme

Functional training is a type of training for developing muscle strength and other motor skills, such as endurance, speed, coordination, balance and flexibility. Functional training is based on the functionality of the individual strokes. It refers to maintaining or improving the function of the individual.

Equipment

Sports clothes and clean sports shoes, towel, bottle of water.

Duration of the sport recreational programme

60 hrs

Notes

The sport recreational programmes are financed by the University of Ljubljana. For students of the University of Ljubljana the sport recreational programmes are free of charge. Participation in the sport recreational programmes is at the student’s own risk.
