Description of the sport recreational programme

Cardio training cinsists of intensive dynamic exercises with intermediate breaks. It is medium-intensity workout, the training consists of exercises with your own bodyweight, sprints, jumps, changes directions of the movements, quick movements, strength training, different types of running.
Included are also the exercises for the prevention of damage of your body parts. Training can be adjusted for the beginners and better prepared, since all the exercises have different level of execution. 
During the exercise we have a medium high heart rate. During and after the workout calorie consumption is high.


Sports clothes and clean sports shoes, towel, bottle of water.

Duration of the sport recreational programme

35 hrs


The sport recreational programmes are financed by the University of Ljubljana. For students of the University of Ljubljana the sport recreational programmes are free of charge. Participation in the sport recreational programmes is at the student’s own risk.
