We kindly invite you to the Symposium "Systems Medicine in Clinical Practice", which the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana is organising together with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport Slovenia, taking place from 10th till 11th June 2019 in P2 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana, Korytkova 2, Ljubljana, Slovenia. An application has been made to the UEMS EACCME for CME accreditation. Attendance is free of charge.

Two-day event is organized under the ERA-NET initiative ERACoSysMed:

  • 10th June: Success stories from ERACoSysMed First Joint Transnational Call and Different perspectives on Systems Medicine
  • 11th June: Success stories from ERACoSysMed Second Joint Transnational Call and Workshop: Systems Medicine in Clinical Practice: Ethical Dilemmas and Education.

Systemic Medicine is a research methodology that links the fields of system biology, medical practice, and community of patients. As a new tool for medical scientists and physicians, systemic medicine will provide more precise, financially favourable and effective diagnosis and treatment. The use of the systemic medicine approach represents the first step towards personalized medicine.
