Welcome to the Call for enrolment into master degree programmes of the University of Ljubljana in the academic year 2020/2021.
The University of Ljubljana Member (academies and faculties) offer a variety of master degree programmes, including also interdisciplinary and joint study programmes, provided jointly by the University of Ljubljana members and other universities.
The Call for enrolment (only in Slovene language) includes general information, as well as programme specific information on the entry requirements, and relevant contacts for further inquiries at specific faculty or academy, providing respectful programmes.
Any additional inquiries regarding application to individual programmes should be addressed to the relevant University Member faculty or academy.

The call for applications is open as defined by individual degree programme. For the programmes with no specified application deadline, the applications are open until 10 September 2020.
The closing dates of the call for enrolment apply to all groups of candidates.
Candidates are required to apply by submitting an electronic application through the eVŠ web portal http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/?locale=en.
Candidates applying with foreign qualifications apply for recognition of foreign access qualifications with the same application form.
Please follow the relevant instructions and make sure that you enclose all the relevant documentation to your application, as required by the programme or by the faculty/academy:
Apply as instructed and no later than on the application deadline:
1) online through the eVŠ web portal with a qualified digital certificate or ArnesAAI account or;
2) online through the eVŠ web portal with username and password not.

After the closing date, it is only possible to apply to the programmes with still available places until all the places are taken and no later than September 30. The information on the number and possible places is available at the respectful faculty/academy.
You shall be informed about the procedure and any further enrolment process requirements or required documents after your application has been submitted and through mail or e-mail.
Candidates applying for master degree programmes should give evidence of bachelor (first cycle) diploma or equivalent or of higher level according to the Higher Education Act.
Candidates should give evidence of fulfilling other access and admission criteria, according to respectful master degree programme.
In case of limited access, the applications will be assessed against selection criteria specific to the course of study (degree programme).
Where the programme specific entry requirements require the candidates to pass preliminary testing of special abilities test, the deadline for the applications is by rule set earlier, so that the faculty/academy can contact the applicants and invite them to preliminary testing.
The accompanying costs are published in the University student services' price list.
If the candidate's qualifications do not meet the general entry requirements for direct entry, the candidate will be requested to provide additional proof of competences. Such additional requirements should be fulfilled before registration to the programme.
Candidates can also apply to the second year of the two-year master degree programmes, providing they also meet the access requirements, set by the degree programme. The number of available places for entering the second year of respectful programmes is in the attached table. Where there are no numbers, please contact the relevant faculty or academy for further information.
The candidates aiming at registering in two master degree programmes must meet the entry requirements of both master study programmes.
The tuition fees are charged to part-time students, the students, already having the same level of education completed and to students of the third countries, with which there is no agreement concluded between the countries, on omitting the fees.
The fees are published on the University web-site.
Candidates with foreign qualifications are considered to have applied for recognition of their entry qualifications with the application form with which they have applied for study.
After registration, you can ask for recognition of prior learning, relevant to the contents of the programme you have registered. The procedures and criteria are defined by the university rules, adopted by the University of Ljubljana Senate.
