Despite many projects being accepted and funded by the European Commission, many fail during the negotiations. Lack of the coordinator's ability to communicate properly, partner's lack of adhering to administrative deadlines, the EC's somewhat less than prompt replies to emails. These all are factors that heavily weight in on the success of negotiations for EC projects. This doesn't even begin to mention re-molding the original proposal to adequate the demands from the EC and from the evaluators.

During this one-day workshop experts will provide participants with the skills needed to ensure success during their EC negotiation rounds.
