Title: My proposal looking for regeneration of new organs in adult instead of destructed ones. This therapy depend on reprogramming of adult cells in vivo to be changed into organ primordium then new organ. Also by stem cell therapy

Type Details: 1-Reprogramming of adult cell in vivo.I mean reprogramming of adult live cells of each organ of the body to be changed into cell lines similar to the early ones that then undergo histogenesis differentiate a new organ. Reprogramming was reported by Roslin scientists who finished the birth of live lamb (Dolly) from adult mammary gland cell (Wilmut et al., (1997) . Roslin scientists suggested that inducing the donor cell to exit the growth phase causes changes in chromatin structure that facilitate reprogramming of gene expression and that development would be normal if nuclei are used from a variety of differentiated donor cells in similar regimes . So I suppose reprogramming of certain cells of each organ e .g neuroglia and their progenitors of the brain to be changed into early cell lines (brain stem cell) and or neurons. Also reprogramming of the ureter cells to differentiate into a new kidney tissue and replace the diseased kidney . Also reprogramming of the common bile duct cells to be changed into liver primordium then liver etc. It is very important to investigate the molecular biology of cells of each organ primordium in the embryo to detect the active genes in the organ primordium then activation induction of these genes in the adult. In a study of me with others in USA , the injected bovine marrow stem cells incorporated into skeletal muscle of pig fetuses (Martin et al., 2001). I suggest that the marrow stem cells change their lines to produce skeletal muscle rather than blood cells. This could be considered a reprogramming. This provide that reprogramming of adult cells in vivo is not away from application.2- The 2nd Idea is Stem Cell Therapy and or application of induction of special cells and tissues to produce orgns tissues (Artificial organs) by Tissue Engineering then transplanted into the body .
