Title: Mechanics and tribology of micro-electro-mechanical systems

Type Details: This project is concerned about reliability and efficiency design of micro-electro-mechanical systems. It is intended to fabricate a micro-machine for in-situ measurement of friction and wear and develop a robust micromechanical models for surface contact and friction in MEMS.
