Project Proposal
Title: The road to cohesion: past, present and future of social cohesion in CEE
Type Details: University of Finance and Administration, one of the largest private research universities in the Czech Republic, is preparing a project for the new call in SSH under the area 8.2.2 on the cohesion in CEE. Our project looks at how various changes in the demographic situation, health conditions and policy changes have impacted and will impact the social landscape of the region. We have a long record of research in social policy changes and their effect on the population of the region, as well as an experience from running international projects. Specifically, we have published extensively on pension reforms, health care policies and redistribution issues. Our results were also extensively implemented by various governmental and non-governmental bodies.
Programme (Collaboration EU R&D): FP7-SSH
Expiry Date: 2012-04-26
Target Partner
Expertise: If you have a strong record in research on the related topics and possess a great expertise of the regional conditions across CEE, contact us for a possible collaboration. We are especially keen on collaborators from disciplines such as demography, health policy, cross-border relations and poverty elimination that are either based in the countries of CEE or have a considerable interest in the area. Strong research results, previous collaborative experience and strong commitment are a must.
