Partnership request description:  FAPPE aims to develop a network of partners in all European countries in order to exchange experiences, provide coaching, training and disseminate eProcurement best practices to both Contracting Authorities and SMEs Economic Operators and create successful eProcurement communities. We want to develop a network of Procurement Practitioners (from both Public Contracting Authorities and Economic Operators) that could share experiences, provide learning opportunities, new skills, good practices and methods for key users in emerging eProcurement communities all around Europe. Description of the main advantage the company could offer to a potential partner: FAPPE will deliver a valuable pool of resources (experts, practitioners, best practices, applied case studies, support applications,…) to support emerging eProcurement communities; It will contribute to improve the skills of the team involved in the project, disseminate Portuguese and other European Countries eProcurement good practices and it will also provide support, monitoring and assessment of eProcurement communities.
