The 2008 edition of  The Human Rights Utrecht Network Summer School  on ‘Minorities and Participation’ will take place in Belfast, Northern Ireland, from 3-16 August 2008. 

Given the political history of the region, one can hardly imagine a more appropriate location in Europe to discuss minority issues.
