The Network of UL Alumni Clubs, in cooperation with the UL Career Centres, promotes links between graduates and employers, and strives for effective knowledge transfer.

Cooperation with us offers various possibilities and opportunities to employers:

a) We help you present your company

Within the framework of the education, workshops, consultations, linking events and conferences provided by the Network of UL Alumni Clubs and UL Career Centres, employers have the opportunity to get to know successful and talented individuals, and to present the employment prospects they can offer UL graduates.

b) Mentorship among and with UL alumni

The mentoring system connects UL alumni who are professionals in various fields with students close to graduation and young alumni who are just starting on their career paths. Transfer of knowledge to younger people facilitates a linking among colleagues of a certain profession, and promotes the development of the profession, while at the same time offering the possibility of transferring knowledge and experience to new generations.

c) posting job offers on the UL alumni web portal

On the Alumni UL website, which allows UL to communicate directly with alumni, we facilitate the posting of job vacancies that are suitable for UL graduates.

In order to post an individual job offer, you need to register into portal POPR and post job opportunity. 

We post exclusively vacancies where applications are collected directly at the employer. We do not post vacancies from intermediaries (employment agencies and similar).

d) Learning about new developments via the e-newsletter for employers

By subscribing to the e-newsletters for employers, you will be notified of graduate profiles, innovative and different ways of recruiting talent, good practices of cooperation between the University and employers, new features in the area of higher education, UL student successes and other internal information from the University of Ljubljana.
