Changes were successfully saved

The annual report comprises a business report, quality assurance report and financial report. It was compiled in accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation’s instructions for the preparation of the business and financial report and with the UL Strategy 2022–2027. 

The Senate approved the changes to the Pilot Methodology for Assessing Research Programmes, which sets out in detail the key elements and procedures to be applied during the trial period of implementation of research programme evaluations. The methodology sets out the specific features of assessment in the pilot period, and defines the criteria, indicators and procedures used to assess the quality, performance and development potential of UL research programmes. Life sciences programmes will be assessed in 2026.

Approval was also given at the session to the student calendar for the 2026/27 academic year, the Rules on UL Commendations, the Rules of Procedure of the Research and Development Committee, the Rules of Procedure of the First- and Second-Cycle Study Programmes Committee, and the Rules of Procedure of the Micro-Credentials Programme Committee.
