Study programme

ECTS credit points can be obtained for the first or the second cycle of the study programme.

Prerequisites

Enrolment in the first or the second cycle of a study programme of the University of Ljubljana. Requirement for taking the exam is 75% attendance of the course.

Methods of work

  • Tutorial: 60 hrs.
  • Individual work: 30 hrs.

Assessment

The exam is scored from 110 in accordance with the Statutes of the University of Ljubljana. Theoretical (50%) and practical (50%) exam.

Equipment

Sports clothes, towel, bottle of water.

Content of ECTS sports subject

The ECTS sports subject includes practical content and special theoretical content that students will learn during the practical exercise, as follows:

  • Explanation football rules and referee’s marks
  • Explanation basic football features, technical elements and basic tactic
  • Technical and technical-tactical elements
  • Technique in football play
  • Elements of team tactic
  • Types of defence in football play
  • Types of attack in football play
  • Systems in FUTSAL play
  • Organization of competitions

  • Improvement of knowledge in selected sport – football
  • Knowledge of basic elements of football play
  • Knowledge of tactic in football play
  • Developing selected physical and tactical abilities and personality traits
  • Ability to perform in competition (in the ECTS sports subject)
  • Rational incorporation of sport into the way of living
  • Design of rational and emotional attitude towards physical effort
  • Knowledge of the theory of active rest
  • Understanding the definition of a healthy lifestyle
  • Mastering the methods for the regeneration of the body

Intended learning outcomes

Solid knowledge of the contents of the sport Football as foundations that allow the quality of life and the conquest of technical and tactical elements of football game, and knowledge of special theoretical content;

Usage of the acquired knowledge and skills in daily life to compensate for the negative effects of unilateral load at the time of study and work;

Ensure greater quality of life and greater efficiency in study and work;

Skilful use of domestic and foreign literature, the use of teaching aids, identification and problem solving, critical analysis, reflection on the literature and teamwork
