In accordance with the government decree, only persons meeting the RVT condition (Recovered, Vaccinated, Tested) may enter the premises of the University of Ljubljana member faculties and Rector’s Office. This condition applies to all persons over the age of 15. All other preventive measures must also be considered (wearing masks, disinfecting hands, ventilation…).
R - Recovered
The recovery condition may be proved in two ways:
- a certificate of a positive PCR test result that is older than 10 days but not older than 8 months;
- a medical certificate confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19 and that less than six months have elapsed since the onset of symptoms.
V – Vaccinated
The vaccination condition may be proved by means of:
- an EU Digital COVID Certificate in digital or paper format and with a QR code (EU DCC);
- a digital COVID certificate of a third country in digital or paper format with a QR code, which must contain at least the same data as the EU DCC and be issued in English by a competent health authority of the third country (DCC of a third country).
The certificate must attest that the person has received:
- the second dose of the Comirnaty vaccine produced by Biontech/Pfizer, the Spikevax vaccine (COVID-19 Vaccine) produced by Moderna, the Sputnik V vaccine produced by Russia’s Gamaleya National Centre of Epidemiology and Microbiology, the CoronaVac vaccine produced by Sinovac Biotech, the COVID-19 Vaccine produced by Sinopharm, the Vaxzevria vaccine (COVID-19 Vaccine) produced by AstraZeneca, or the Covishield vaccine produced by the Serum Institute of India/AstraZeneca or a combination of two different vaccines under this point;*
- the first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen by Johnson and Johnson/Janssen-Cilag.
For persons who can demonstrate recovery with one of the listed pieces of evidence and have been vaccinated with one of the listed vaccines within the period of up to 240 days since receiving a positive PCR test or since the onset of symptoms, one dose is sufficient. The status of a vaccinated person applies as of the date of vaccination.
* The part referring to Vaxzevria (COVID-19 Vaccine) by AstraZeneca and the Covishield vaccine by the Serum Institute of India/AstraZeneca applies as of 12 September.
T - Tested
The tested condition for students and employees may be proved by means of:
- self-testing (once a week);
- a negative HAG or PCR test result (testing once a week).
Students are entitled to five HAG tests for self-testing per month, which they receive at the pharmacy. Self-testing tests for students (including foreign students) are free of charge. Employees have to pay for the test, but they can submit an invoice to the HR department. The employee also fills in the record sheet as proof of self-testing.
