Do you find ethical questions about the challenges of our time important? Do you enjoy debating current events in the business world with friends? Do you wonder how environmental challenges affect the business world and vice versa? Would you like to discuss all this with peers from all over Europe? If you answered yes to all four questions, we invite you to join us and participate in the selection of a team of Slovenian students who will represent us at European Ethics Bowl (EEB).
After last year's pilot implementation of the competition by three European universities, including the School of Economics and Business, the University of Ljubljana and European Investment Bank Institute, eight more European universities have joined the project this year. The EEB is a student competition in which students from across Europe debate about ethical issues in the business environment. Ethical dilemmas are presented to students in the form of specific case studies. Groups of students present their views on ethical dilemmas in a short video, followed by a debate, questions and evaluation by the judges.
Don't miss this year's first case study on environmental challenges, which is already posted on the EEB website: https://europeanethicsbowl.eu/.
All interested individuals and teams are invited to register for the launch event that will be held on Wednesday, 22th of September at 3pm, where you will learn all about the competition, meet potential opponents, judges and the organising team.
The final registration deadline for teams is Saturday, 25th of September 2021, by midnight. You can register your team on this link: TEAM REGISTRATION
The competition will take place on Tuesday, 28th of September, 2021, at 5pm.
