The flow theory will be the topic of the research seminar, held at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana on Tuesday, 13 June 2017, beginning at 1 p.m. Prof. Marer will discuss the role of flow in the business environment and present the skills and values essential for the managers and all those who would like to apply flow-promoting leadership. He will also take us through a business game, linked to this flow and which he developed in the last decade with the help of a group of researchers who include Prof. Csikszentmihalyi, the founder of the flow theory.
