EURAXESS
EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion is a unique pan-European initiative delivering information and support services to professional researchers. Backed by the European Union and its Member States, it supports researcher mobility and career development, while enhancing scientific collaboration between Europe and the world.
Researchers and Databases
All the computers at the University of Ljubljana give access to the PapersInvited database, the largest database for Calls for Papers. It was made to be used by scientists, researchers, professors and students. Users can search through an extensive range of international calls for scientific meetings in various professional fields, view a calendar of events and advertise their own conferences. Individuals also have the possibility to create their own personal professional profile and receive up-to-date information on the latest calls by e-mail (this requires an e-mail address with the domain uni-lj.si, which also serves as login identification). Access to the database was enabled by the Central Economic Library and the COSEC consortium.
