The goal of the academic study programme Kinesiology is to educate kinesiologists for the work in the fitness preparation programmes, programmes of sport and tourism and for the work in health prevention programmes.
Students gain knowledge of biopsychosocial characteristics of individual age groups and sexes, health aspects of physical load, physiological aspects of physical load, basic biomechanical aspects of physical load and general pedagogic, andragogical and didactic aspects of sports practice.
They are empowered to plan, implement and control the practice which exerts influence on the motor and functional abilities and physical characteristics of healthy persons. Students can upgrade their studies with a direct transfer to the master study programme Kinesiology.
The academic study programme Physical education is tailor-made for students who wish to work in sports programmes for children and young people. In the course of study, students gain the state-of-the-art theoretical and practical knowledge that they need if working in various sports programmes intended for children and young people.
They become experts in the area of extra-curricular school sport activities in primary and secondary schools and other educational institutions or in the clubs and other private institutions.
Students can upgrade their studies with a direct transfer to the master study programme Physical education, which empower graduates for conducting physical education classes in primary and secondary schools and numerous other sports programmes intended for children and young people.

The goal of the academic study programme Sports training is to educate trainers for the needs of top sport at all levels and for the needs of the service sector.
Students gain knowledge about athletes and their developmental characteristics, pedagogic and didactic aspects of the process of sports practice, knowledge of health aspects of sport, physiological aspects of sport, basic biomechanical aspects of sport. They are able to use theoretical concepts of sports practice, communicate and lead athletes and teams, cooperate and communicate with athletes’ parents, officials, referees, agents, media.
