Notes under:
(*) Item 4.2.: When calculating costs for completing the missing study obligations (except for calculating costs under item 4.6) the University of Ljubljana Member will consider the value of credit points for a specific subject and the fee amounts for the year of the degree programme. The cost of completing any individual subject at the University of Ljubljana Member is calculated by determining the value of the credit point with regard to the fee per study year, multiplied by the number of credit points for a subject.
(**) Item 4.6.: the cost equals the tuition fee for the 3rd year of the doctoral study programme, and can be reduced in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulations on evaluation of costs at the UL in the academic year 2021/2022.
(***) Item 6.4.: members are not allowed to charge for the following decisions:
- decisions on meeting the conditions for completing exams for a higher year;
- decisions on recognizing exams within the University of Ljubljana;
- decisions on transition of students between programmes and between faculties within the University of Ljubljana;
- decisions on early sitting of exams;
- decisions on sitting of exams in front of a commission;
- decisions on changing of a subject;
- decisions on parallel study at other faculties or universities;
- decisions on extending the deadline for preparation of the diploma thesis;
- decisions on nominating a diploma thesis for the Prešeren award;
- decisions on exemption of the fee;
- decisions on reimbursement of the fee;
- decisions on suspension of time limit for the payment of the tuition;
- decisions on co-financing of international student exchange;
- decisions on the retaking of an exam;
- decisions on nominating a commission for assessing the diploma thesis nominated for the Prešeren award;
- decisions on appointing a commission for the presentation of the diploma thesis and the date of the presentation of the diploma thesis;
- decisions on determining the date of the presentation of the thesis on master and doctoral studies;
- decision on awarding a student the status of athlete or artist; decisions on acknowledging informal education.
(****) Item 7.1: upon a request for issuing a duplicate of the diploma paper, it is required to submit the proof of payment of administrative fee.
The administration fee 1.81 EUR for any report, according to the Administration Fee Act, is payed to the account:

VAT is not calculated for the elements listed in the student contribution price list. The following items are exempt:
