Internet access

 

Ljubljana city centre is covered with access points to the WiFreeLjubljana wireless broadband network, providing 60 minutes of free access per day to the Internet with a modern portable communication device (laptop, smart mobile phone, tablet, PDA, etc.).

Most hotels offer their guests wireless Internet access also, mostly free of charge. Furthermore, free Internet access is available in many cafés and pubs in Ljubljana.

University of Ljubljana offers wireless Internet access through Eduroam system. It is possible to register to use Eduroam with the UL-ID digital identity, which students receive upon enrolment to an academy or faculty.
