Fostering Resilience in Rural Communities

REBOUND aims to build resilience in rural communities. The central objective of the project is to design a practically oriented, feasible, robust, reliable and solution-oriented capacity building training programme that will capture the strengths of resilient communities and enable stakeholders in a professional learning environment to assess, promote, review, improve and evaluate approaches to fostering resilience in different types of rural areas in Europe. The project's priority is to address digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity, as well as shared values, civic engagement and participation.
