Established in 2015, SMUL now includes over 250 members whose expertise and experience strengthen ties between the University of Ljubljana and the global academic community, while enhancing the university’s international standing.

The SMUL Council serves as an advisory body within the network, guiding and proposing its activities. The Council consists of the President, the Vice-Rector of the University of Ljubljana, and two members working abroad.
