The EUTOPIA Student Career Ambassadors are organizing a session titled “There are levels to this game: Why an opportunity-driven mindset matters,” hosted by CY Cergy Paris University. The session addresses the extent of experience attainable by young adults early in their professional development. It further examines the alignment between existing skills and personal expectations, while providing strategies for navigating the complexities of transitioning into a professional environment.

The expertise will be given by Roberta Borgotti, head of Internships Abroad Unit at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, and former International Relations Officer. About her work she says: “I work on the borders between students, graduates, youth trainers, recruiters, and national and international institutions. (…) I am experienced at working in a cross-cultural dimension thanks to my professional experience gained abroad and at the Career Service and International Office of Ca’ Foscari. My ability to handle change and adapt to new situations has augmented thanks to my stays abroad.”
