Call for Papers for EUTOPIA Multilingualism Student Conference

With the rapid globalization of modern society, multilingualism has also evolved into a tool for progress and navigation in our highly interconnected and intercultural world. The aim of this conference is to provide a platform for those interested in multilingualism in society, while also making research more accessible to students within the EUTOPIA Alliance. The deadline for registration is April 26, and the conference will take place on July 8 (the program will be available at a later date).

To register for the student virtual conference, please fill out the form below. Participation in the conference is free of charge.
Registration formWe invite students to submit research related but not limited to the following topics:
- Multilingualism and Technology (e.g. use of technology in multilingual study, technology as a means for multilingualism and connections),
- Multilingualism and Global Mobility (e.g. work, migration),
- Language and Identity (e.g. how language shapes the culture of the community, the impact of global languages like English, French, or Mandarin),
- Multilingualism in Everyday Life (e.g. education, everyday lifestyles, multicultural communities, bilingual/multilingual upbringings, intercultural interactions).
As this is a multilingual conference, please note that you will be free to use your preferred language for your presentation but at least one component (oral presentation or slides) should be in English (e.g. you can present in Spanish with slides in English or vice-versa).
