Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme Urban Education

EUTOPIA Connected Community Urban Education invites you to participate in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program. The program is designed to discuss and address educational challenges in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, such as school organization, school-community partnerships, infrastructure, and inclusive education. The program will take place both virtually and in person between October and December 2026.
To apply for the program, you must be an active student during the 2026/2027 academic year. To express your interest, please email the program coordinator at the University of Ljubljana, Prof. Dr. Helena Gabrijelčič Tomc (helena.gabrijelcic@ntf.uni-lj.si), stating the name of the member institution you represent and a brief explanation of why you wish to participate in the program. Up to 5 students from the University of Ljubljana will be accepted. Travel and accommodation expenses for the in-person portion of the program will be reimbursed through EUTOPIA MORE project funds.
For successful participation in the program, students will receive 3 ECTS credits (attendance at both the virtual and in-person components is required).
The tentative program schedule is as follows:
- Virtual portion
- October 5, 4:00–6:00 p.m.: preparatory meeting
- TBA: mid-program meeting
- December 13, 4:00–6:00 p.m.: reflection
- In-person component (intensive week-long program): between November 16 and 20 at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania).
Students from universities in the EUTOPIA Alliance and the EUTOPIA Connected Community Urban education will participate in the program.
