The program is aimed at secondary schools and student dormitories and will be developed in partnership with the Sports Institute Planica and the SLOfit research group at the Faculty of Sports at the University of Ljubljana. The project's goal is to create innovative exercise programs that are co-designed with students, allowing them to be as physically active as possible and gain the necessary competencies to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

The zMIGAJ! program will feature a collaborative approach, allowing students to plan and implement innovative exercise programs that will add two extra hours of quality exercise per week to their schedules. The program will also introduce one hour of exercise per week for school employees or student dormitories. Additionally, the program will present the effects of regular and tailored movement training, such as relief, improved work skills, and the prevention of work injuries, on young people's interests, school abilities, health, well-being, and physical performance.

This project follows the priority task of "Long-term care, health, and social inclusion". It contributes to achieving the objectives of the European Cohesion Policy Program in Slovenia for 2021-2027.
