Meeting of UL professional staff for Erasmus+ KA2 and Jean Monnet

As part of the activities of the UL Project office, a meeting of professional staff for Erasmus+ KA2 and Jean Monnet was organised on 26 November. The meeting focused on improving the quality of future project applications and presenting the Erasmus Mundus action.
The meeting began with an overview of general information and data on the implementation of Erasmus+ KA2 and Jean Monnet projects at the UL between 2021 and 2025. Marko Kastelic, adviser from CMEPIUS, then presented recommendations on what to pay attention to when preparing decentralised Erasmus+ KA2 project applications.
In the second part, guest speakers Prof. Franci PuĊĦavec from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Assoc. Prof. Simon Rusjan from the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering shared their experiences and challenges in implementing Erasmus Mundus projects. Participants learned about project design and preparation, implementation and achieved results, with special attention given to the complexity of administrative management and coordination.
