Date of publication:
The University of Ljubljana (UL) informs all applicants who wish to study at UL that they do not need the services of agents or agencies to apply for enrolment in UL study programmes. Exceptionally, within the application‑admission procedure, applicants from migration‑risk countries will be invited by UL to participate in an interview, which will, in certain countries, be carried out in cooperation with an external provider.
Recently, we have noticed that agents and agencies have been using elements of UL’s corporate visual identity without authorization in connection with the application and admission procedures. We would like to emphasize that, for the purpose of enrolment, UL does not cooperate with any external agents or agencies, does not issue offer letters, and does not charge any fees.
The call for enrolment in bachelor’s and single-cycle master’s degree programmes, as well as master’s and doctoral programmes, is published on our website, usually at the beginning of February for the next academic year.
Applicants must submit the application for enrolment and the recognition of foreign education through the eVŠ online portal. After submitting the application, applicants receive a request to provide additional documentation if the application is incomplete. After the selection procedure, applicants receive a decision on the outcome of the selection. Information regarding enrolment is provided directly by the faculty/academy to which the applicant has been admitted.
All information for international applicants intending to study at UL, including details on study programmes, a list of contact persons at faculties and academies, and other useful information, is available on the UL website.
We invite you to join our online presentations, organized specifically for international candidates, where you can obtain all necessary information about studying at UL. More information is available on the link.
