About the programme

The aim of the second-cycle master’s study programme in Business and Organisation is to deepen knowledge of general management for comprehensive, research-based mastery of complex economic and business problems; to ensure understanding of contemporary globalisation processes and the challenges faced by modern managers; to develop skills for in-depth professional work in the most demanding areas of business practice; to provide training for teamwork and independent problem-solving in any company; and to prepare students for independent, in-depth study and research using appropriate research methodologies. Graduates are able to perform responsible tasks in the economy, initially as analysts and later as managers, particularly in various functional areas. They also acquire sufficient knowledge for the potential successful continuation of academic education in doctoral programmes in management and business sciences.
