Polish studies

The first cycle programme in Polish Studies equips graduates with intercultural and linguistic mediation skills. It provides them with knowledge, recognized by established international standards as necessary for a proficient Polish speaker. The program trains students in the practical application of their knowledge of Polish language, literature, culture, and history, as well as their significance in the Central European region. These skills are applicable across various sectors of the labor market, offering graduates theoretical and professional foundations, which enable them to effectively and systematically address specific professional challenges. Additionally, it introduces students to the fundamentals of research.
Graduates have the opportunity to further enhance their expertise through second-level studies. This enables them to acquire competences suitable for direct employment in a wide range of activities within both the public sector and private enterprises.
