Capacity Building in Higher Education
By involving alumni in the teaching process and modernising learning objectives, the project aims to create competence-oriented education and innovation to strengthen the growth and competitiveness of students and universities. The project's objectives will be achieved through the systematic involvement of alumni in teaching, mentoring and research in higher education institutions, through more practical training and competence-oriented education aligned with the needs of the labour market, and through the organisation of a career support programme for students, their professional development and employment. As a result, higher education institutions will be made more open to the needs of industry and the market, especially in the still very traditional higher education system of the Western Balkans.
