Creative Methodologies for Sustainability Education Inspired by Birds (CREA+BIRD)

In CREA+BIRD, birds are a source of inspiration for us in developing pedagogical methods for sustainability and environmental education. Birds are seen as messengers, offering profound insights into ecosystem dynamics and fostering a deeper connection to nature. Both the natural-scientific and the cultural-narrative knowledge are collected, combined and applied in this project by partners from Finland, Italy, Romania and Slovenia. CREA+BIRD applies collaborative and participatory action research.
