Strand 3 - Structural Reform Projects
Open4UA aims to advance the growth of Ukraine’s knowledge-driven economy for the post-war recovery by reforming the higher education system. This will be achieved through prioritising Open Science across different levels (from National policies to individual researchers), which is reflected in the project objectives. As a structural reform project, Open4UA will bring positive systemic change benefiting diverse target groups. Project activities and outputs will be aligned with the EU best practices in open science and research assessment and based on sound knowledge transfer from EU partners, involvement of key stakeholders, and supervision by international experts.
