WINnovators

Boosting entrepreneurial and STEM/STEAM capacity of young Women in higher education institutions for sustainable development and Innovation

The main objective of the WINnovators project is to jointly develop and implement innovative approaches to teaching and learning and concrete policy making for capacity building in digital, entrepreneurship, sustainability and STEM/STEAM innovation, focusing on higher education students and young women from rural areas. The project aims to design proposals for new practices for training and providing opportunities for the development of entrepreneurial ideas, thus contributing to the elimination of discriminations related to women in entrepreneurship. As a central objective, we aim to develop new approaches to teaching and training in higher education institutions, based on which students will be able to develop concurrent skills.
