Reports on research misconduct at UL are handled by the Ethical Issues Committee, according to the Rules on the Work of the Ethical Issues Committee.

Allegations of research misconduct

The allegations of research misconduct should be addressed to the Ethical Issues Committee and sent to the following mail: Eticna.Komisija@uni-lj.si

At the national level, there is also the National Council for Ethics and Integrity in Science, which is an independent body for addressing ethical issues and conduct in research activities. The Council adopts opinions on compliance with ethical rules or violations of the principles of research integrity as stipulated in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity. The procedure for adopting an opinion on compliance with ethical rules is initiated at the request of an individual or a research or higher education organization, or on the Council's own initiative. More about the procedure (in SI only) before the National Council.
