Slovenian architect, entrepreneur and former student of the UL Faculty of Architecture. He found his calling in interior design and set up his own company, Otto von Berlin. He lives and works in Berlin in Germany.

His field of work covers interior design and the design of premises, apartments and public buildings. He loves the urban style and unusual perspectives. With a focus on the buyer, he weaves creative and functional approaches into the space. 

Gregor Drobnič is the managing director and founder of the company Otto von Berlin. On his arrival in Berlin he started to work in a small start-up office, where one of his bigger projects was the Café Schmus in Berlin’s Jewish Museum. Then as an architect and designer he joined the Danish furniture manufacturer Norr11. Four years ago he decided to set up his own company. The company is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

Gregor is an acclaimed personal buyer of furniture, and is involved in furnishing business and private premises. He is one of the well-known interior designers in the media. In 2017 he received the Finest Interior Award for the project Loft X-berg in the area of Art & Accessories, while three of his projects have been published in the book Best of Interior Die Wohntrends 2018 by the publisher Callwey. His work has also been featured a number of times in several leading magazines such as Immobilien magazine, Wiener magazine, Dom2 magazine and Ambienti.
