Lea is a theatre actress and an alumna of the Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television. She has worked on a variety of television and theatre projects, but her interests extend to different areas of art.

Lea originally wanted to study medicine, but after attending an AGRFT open door, she decided to pursue acting. Right from the start of her studies, she supported herself with projects at the Glej Theatre and the Puppet Theatre. At the Academy, she performed in the productions Prizoratorij, Antigone, King Oedipus, Molièremobile, Blue, Hamlet, At Least I Do not Have to Kiss You, Idomeneo and later in the production This Unhappy Generation at the Ljubljana City Theatre and in The Witch Hunt at the Maribor Drama Theatre. She made her debut as a singer at the MGL&AGRFT concert in the Kino Šiška and took part in the celebrations of the Slovenian Film Festival with a vocal contribution. She is also a dancer and performer. She made a master's thesis film Roke Hvala - Thoughts. Lea acted in the series Moms (2017-2018), the feature film Consequences (2018), The History of Love (2018), Thoughts (2016) and the series Jezero (2019). She has also appeared in the television series The Magician.

The fourth year of the children's play Anica and the Horrible Man by Desa Muck, which she and Eva Stražar perform in Slovenian primary schools and cultural centres, is also in full swing. She also occasionally collaborates with the Association for the Culture of Inclusion, where sports activities for children with special needs are organised, and helps with the international Play with Me festivals, where awareness of the inclusion of different people is raised. She has participated in the Mademoiselle Studio project, which runs an awareness-raising campaign for a number of influential Slovenian women with the aim of helping women to become more self-confident.
