Tomaž Stritar is a university-educated social worker, Gallup-certified trainer for personnel management and high-performance team building and a mentor for business start-up mentor licensed by the Slovenian Enterprise Fund.

Over the past 4 years, he has coached executives in companies such as Mercator, Triglav, A1 and Elektro Gorenjska in the area of leadership and building committed and high-performing teams that achieve top results.

Throughout his career, he has also worked as a corporate mentor, coaching his mentees in the areas of lean innovation and sales.

In the past, he has worked to promote social entrepreneurship. He was Director of the Social Incubator (an institute for the research and development of social innovation), Director of the Successful Entrepreneur (an institute for the development of social entrepreneurship) and Director of the Youth for the City project for social entrepreneurship.

He is guided by the saying "Dum spiro spero - As long as I breathe, I hope".
