Prof. Dr Anton Sculean is a leading expert in the field of periodontology and a highly acclaimed researcher with more than 26,000 citations and over 600 scientific and specialist publications. He serves as editor-in-chief of the highest-ranked journal in the field of dentistry and oral surgery, and as editor or editorial board member of several leading journals in dental medicine. In recent years, he has held prominent leadership positions in scientific and specialist dental associations and has received numerous international awards for his work.
