Call for applications for first-level student representative in the Student Council of the EUTOPIA Alliance
The EUTOPIA Student Council brings together representatives from all partner universities. Its role is to collect student initiatives and proposals and forward them to the association's presidency. Representatives participate in shaping the strategic directions of the EUTOPIA Alliance, attend presidency meetings, and participate in various working groups and committees. There is one vacancy for a student representative in the first cycle program at the University of Ljubljana.

The tasks of the student representative of the first cycle of the University of Ljubljana in the EUTOPIA Student Council include:
- representing the interests and views of students of the University of Ljubljana,
- participating in the organization and implementation of events and other activities in an international environment,
- cooperating with other representatives of the EUTOPIA Student Council,
- cooperating with employees of the UL Project Office and participating in regular meetings,
- virtual participation in monthly meetings of the EUTOPIA Student Council,
- preparing reports on the operations and activities of the EUTOPIA Student Council,
- physical participation in the EUTOPIA Week event, which is organized every six months by one of the members of the EUTOPIA Association,
- participation in other EUTOPIA Association events,
- fulfilling other obligations as agreed.
The term of office of the student representative of the first cycle of the University of Ljubljana in the Student Council of the EUTOPIA Association lasts one (1) academic year with the possibility of extension.
Conditions and criteria for application
Candidates who meet the following conditions may apply for the position of student representative of the first cycle of the University of Ljubljana in the Student Council of the EUTOPIA Association:
- status of a student of the University of Ljubljana in the 2025/2026 academic year,
- enrolment in a first-cycle study program at the University of Ljubljana.
Candidates must submit the following documentation with their application:
- a fully completed application form (Appendix 1 to the call for applications),
- a completed statement on the processing of personal data (Appendix 2 to the call for applications),
- certificate of enrolment for the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Ljubljana,
- curriculum vitae.
