EUTOPIA is launching the third edition of the Ideas Club, a student-led debate on asylum policy. The event will take place in a blended format, in person at the University of Ljubljana from October 9 to October 10, 2025 (2 full working days) with an online activity in September 2025 prior to the in-person event. This call aims to select a total of 3 students from University of Ljubljana.

The event will explore the topics of asylum policy, migration, inclusion and solidarity in the European Union. A participatory methodology will be used, such as a simulation of negotiation on the EU migration and asylum policy and a debate on solidarity and inclusion.
Priority for applications will be given to first-year undergraduate students of all fields of study who are regularly enrolled at the University of Ljubljana. No prior knowledge or experience of a particular topic or sector is required.
