MEMBER: SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS

Job vacancy: RESEARCHER, Job Code: H017004 (M/F) – (1 position); scientific/expert research work on the project Payday. Expected start: March 2025.

Status: full-time (100% employment – 40 hour a week)

Type of contract: fixed term of two years

Conditions for carrying out the work:

Required education (level and direction) according to the title:

• specialization in higher education (previous) in the field of economics or business.
• higher university education (previous) in the field of economics or business.
• Master's degree (2nd Bologna degree) in the field of economics or business.

Functional knowledge and other requirements (professional exam, skills and language):

• innovation, ability to work in a team, communication skills, organizational skills

Responsibility for own work, supervision of other workers and means of work:

• for the course and results of the research and for the professional and timely execution of other works
• for equipment or work equipment

Work experience: /

Trial work: 3 month

Brief description of work and tasks:

• scientific and expert research work 
• professional cooperation with clients of research assignments 
• preparation of research reports and studies 
• participation in undergraduate and postgraduate studies 
• preparation of proposals for the procurement of research equipment, maintenance of equipment and procurement of consumables,
• performing other tasks that fall within the broader professional field of the workplace 
  
  

Preference will be given to candidates with: 

• with expertise in the field of reward/compensation systems (job evaluation, pay transparency, pay gap),
• with methodological knowledge and skills for scientific research and professional work in the field of social sciences,
• with the ability to effectively communicate scientific or professional findings into practice.
