Position advertised: RESEARCHER WITH A MASTER'S DEGREE, code DM: H018003 (m/f), for a fixed period until 31/12/2025 with shorter (50%) working hours (20 hours per week) to work on the "UL for a sustainable society - ULTRA" project. The expected date of employment is 1 January 2025. The project is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the European Union - NextGenerationEU. The project is implemented under the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism.

The research work will be carried out on the project: "1.03 Education for sustainable water resource management - TRAVO" (1.03 Izobraževanje za storitev trajnostnega ravnanja z vodnimi viri – TRAVO)

Conditions for performing work:

Required education (degree and major) according to the title:

• specialization after university education (previous) in the field of social science
• master of science (previous) in the field of social science

Functional knowledge and other requirements (professional exam, skills and language):

• innovation, ability to work in a team, communication, organizational skills

Responsibility for own work, supervision of other workers and work resources:

• for the course and results of the research and for the professional and timely execution of the work
• for equipment or working resources

Work experience:

• 1 year of relevant work experience

Experimental work:

• 3 months

Brief description of work and tasks:

• scientific research work and professional work in research,
• professional cooperation with clients of research tasks,
• preparation of written reports and studies on research and expertise,
• participation in undergraduate and postgraduate studies,
• performance of tasks in his field as instructed by the head of the organizational unit and other tasks that fall within the broader professional field of the position.

Preference will be given to candidates:

• with documented research work in the field of social sciences
• with documented professional work in the field of the project and
• with additional experience in the preparation and delivery of lectures at the tertiary level of education
