Job vacancy: SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (code DM: H019008, m/f), 1 position; Research work will be carried out in the field of research project/ within the project: »The Limits of Agile Work. Studying the Effects of Agility on Sleep and Innovation

Status: part-time (20% employment – 8 hours per week)

Type of contract: temporary from 1.2.2025 to 30. 9. 2025

Conditions for carrying out the work:

Required education (level and direction) according to the title:

• PhD (previous) in the field of economics, business or psychology
• PhD (3rd Bologna degrees) in the field of economics, business or psychology

Valid habilitation title (name of title and field of election):

• Senior Research Fellow or Professor
• The candidate fulfils the condition if he / she has a valid UL title or a valid UL senior research fellow title. If the candidate does not have an election to the above titles at the time of application, but meets the quantitative and qualitative conditions for election to these titles, he may apply for the announced position and in this case submit evidence of meeting the above criteria and attach a statement of consent that in case of a decision of the selection committee, the application is also considered as an application for election to a title or for recognition of a title

Brief description of work and tasks:

• scientific research work
• organizing, coordinating, planning and monitoring the work of the research activity (within the research group)
• linking research activities with other research institutions
• participation in the design of research programs and participation in undergraduate and postgraduate studies
• professional cooperation with clients of research assignments
• preparation of research reports and studies
• takes care of the safe and healthy work of employees and students of the unit, for the appropriate education and training of persons who come into contact with hazardous substances, the use of personal protective equipment and other safety measures
• performing other tasks that fall within the broader professional field of the workplace

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• experience in collaborating on research in the areas of work design, employee well-being, and the interplay between work factors and leisure time
• a suitable body of published scientific work (in terms of scientific articles and publications)
• experience in disseminating research work
