Conditions for the position:

• Specialization after higher education (previous) / Higher university education (previous) / Master's degree (2nd Bologna level) / Specialization after university education (previous) / Master of Science (previous) / Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Physics or other relevant fields (foreign documents may be used in the Republic of Slovenia if they are duly certified in the country of origin, in accordance with the Act on the Legalization of Documents in International Traffic; documents issued in the states that signed the Hague Convention of abolishing Requirement of Legalization of Foreign Public Documents must be certified with the Apostille stamp).
• B2 knowledge of Slovenian according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which is proven by a certificate (if the selected candidate doesn't have the knowledge of the Slovenian language, she/he has to gain it in three years from the employment start date).
• Innovation, the ability for teamwork, communication, organisational skills.

Job description:

• scientific - research work: ERC QUEST.
• professional work in research and on research projects,
• organizing, coordinating, planning and monitoring work in research activities,
• preparing reports and studies on research,
• connecting research activities with other research institutions,
• performing work on the orders of a direct superior (or project manager),
• performing tasks in one's field and other tasks that substantively fall within the broader professional field of the workplace.
