Salary: the basic salary is determined by classification in the starting 32nd salary grade (which means EUR 2,773.82 gross on the day of the call, taking into account the gradual elimination of disparities by 2028).

Conditions for filling the position (desirable and from the descriptive sheet):

• specialization after higher education (previous) in a relevant field, or
• university degree (previous) in a relevant field,  or
• Master's degree (2nd Bologna level) in the relevant field of study
• valid habilitation title of assistant in the field of transport technology and logistics or construction and environmental engineering
  • the candidate meets the condition if he/she holds a valid title of the University of Ljubljana or a valid title of visiting teacher in the field of transport technology and logistics or civil engineering and environmental engineering. If the candidate does not have a valid title for the required field at the time of application, but meets the quantitative and qualitative conditions for election to this title according to the Criteria for Elections to the Titles of Higher Education Teachers, Researchers and Associates of the University of Ljubljana (No. 012-2/2026 of 25/06/2026, UPB 7), he/she may apply for the vacant position, and in this case, together with the application, he/she must also submit evidence of meeting the above criteria in accordance with the Criteria and attach a statement that he/she agrees that in the event of a decision of the selection committee to select him/her for employment, the application will also be considered as an application for election to the title or for the recognition of the title.
• knowledge of the Slovenian language at the B2 level according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). If the selected candidate does not meet this condition when filling the position, he or she must meet it no later than three years after employment.

• General description (from the information document):
• designing and updating curricula and adapting higher education professional education programmes to the requirements
• organizing or co-organizing all activities for the implementation of the course in accordance with the curriculum and the findings of the profession, as well as coordinating the work and supervising the work of other course providers (assistants, technical and other associates)
• lectures to students, conducting seminars and other pedagogical activities in the course,
• management, assessment and correction of exam tasks and tests
• mentoring students in the preparation of diploma theses and other works
• participation in other activities related to pedagogical work in the field of the profession (nostrification, etc.)
• takes care of the safe and healthy work of the employees and students of the unit, for the appropriate education and instruction of persons who come into contact with dangerous substances, the use of personal protective equipment and other safety measures
• performing other tasks that substantively fall within the broader professional area of the workplace.
