Senior Researcher Fellow (H019008) in Laboratory for Ubiquitous systems (m/f)
Employment for:
a fixed-term period, expected to May 20 2026, with part-time employment (10%)
Conditions applicable to all vacant posts:
required education:
- PhD degree (previous one) in computer science, information systems and technologies or relevant technical disciplines,
- PhD degree (third Bologna cycle) in computer science, information systems and technologies or relevant technical disciplines;
- functional skills: innovation, organizational skills, communication skills
- valid academic title (habilitation): Research Counsellor or Professor
Short job description:
- scientific research work,
- organization, coordination, planning, and monitoring of work in research activities (within the research group),
- linking research activities with other research institutions,
- participation in the development of research programs and participation in undergraduate and postgraduate studies,
- professional cooperation with clients commissioning research tasks,
- preparation of research reports and studies,
- ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for employees and students of the unit, as well as appropriate education and instruction for persons coming into contact with hazardous substances, the use of personal protective equipment, and other safety measures,
- performing other tasks falling within the broader professional field of the position.
Detailed description:
- evaluation within the Marinka project and subsequent review of possibilities for the use of AI for radiological image analysis.
