   Required education (level and area)

• specialisation (former) after higher education in the field of teacher education and educational sciences,
• academic higher education (former) in the field of teacher education and educational sciences,
• Master (second Bologna cycle) in the field of teacher education and educational sciences.

Functional skills and other requirements:

• innovation, ability to work in a team, communication, organizational skills and ability to
• work with computer tools;
• active knowledge of English language,
• knowledge of the MS Office computer program,
• communication skills, initiative, ability to work in a team,
• trial: 3 months.

General description of work and tasks:

• scientific research work and professional research work,
• professional cooperation with the clients of research tasks,
• preparation of written reports and studies on research and expert opinions,
• preparation of proposals for the purchase of research equipment, maintenance of equipment and ordering of consumables,
• carrying out tasks in own field of expertise as instructed by the head of the organizational unit and other tasks that fall within the broader professional scope of the position.

More detailed description of work and tasks:

• work on the project UL za trajnostno družbo - ULTRA (University of Ljubljana for a Sustainable Society - Pilot projects for higher education reform for a green and resilient transition), pilot project 10.01 - Krepitev učenja in poučevanja za trajnostno družbo prihodnosti (Strengthening learning and teaching for a sustainable future society)
• monitoring and informing practitioners and the wider public about the delivery of training courses, drawing up plans for training courses,
• coordinating, preparing and managing training courses,
• organising events to promote the pilot project,
• monitoring and mapping of training providers within the pilot project,
• analysing the response of attendees of the training courses,
• preparation of reports and proposals to improve the training courses,
• developing a tool to identify and measure the educational needs of university teachers and staff,
• preparation and implementation of the evaluation of the training of university teachers and staff,
• planning the implementation of its part of the research activities in accordance with the plan / application of the project,
• cooperation with other researchers on a research project,
• carrying out work by order of the direct superior.

Job starting date: The employment part time contract for a limited period of time, expected from 1^st February, 2025 till 31^st December, 2025.
